Here is how this works in practice. Our network includes artists who actually sat inside those facilities for the credited shows. Character TDs from the Wandering Earth mech department, environment leads from the Three-Body Problem and Creation of the Gods trilogies, hard-surface modellers from automotive commercials shot through Shanghai agencies, and lookdev artists fluent in ACES and the OCIO config used when handing CGI plates into international DI suites in Beijing and Shanghai.

Selection runs against your pipeline first, your shot count second. We open every brief with the toolchain you and your VFX supervisor have already locked. Maya or Houdini for assets, Nuke or Fusion for comp, ftrack or Shotgun for production tracking — and present artists who can drop into that pipeline without reconfiguring. For broadcast and streaming shows tied to iQIYI, Tencent Video, Youku, Bilibili, Mango TV, or international SVOD vendors picking up Chinese-territory titles, we confirm TPN-aligned data handling, encrypted vendor handoff, and turnover ALE/CDL ingest against the dailies workflow your editorial has set in Beijing or Shanghai.

The picture on the ground is more specific. Cybersecurity Law, Data Security Law, and PIPL 2021 cross-border restrictions are managed at the data-handling layer. For commercials, we stage artists who can iterate at the agency tempo of Anfu Road and 798 while holding lookdev parity with the live-action plate.
