Each keeps its own ingest profile covering accepted codecs, MXF container structure, HD-SDI 1080p50/60i video frame rates per channel, audio channel mapping to NRTA broadcast standards, captioning workflow, and metadata schema.

Here is how this works in practice. Our delivery team holds today's spec sheets for each network and prepares masters in lock-step with the published needs, so files clear tech acceptance on the first submission rather than cycling through rejection notes that put licensing windows and air dates at risk.

Here is the layout. For global networks taking Chinese content under licence — whether that is co-productions with Korean, Japanese, or Southeast Asian TV networks, BBC or Channel 4 in the UK, US cable buyers, or European public TV networks. We run dual-standard delivery covering both the domestic Chinese master and the localised global version. PAL, NTSC, and HD frame-rate conversions are handled with motion-compensated processing through Snell Alchemist or Cinnafilm Tachyon rather than simple frame doubling, audio is remixed to the destination's loudness target (NRTA spec for domestic, EBU R128 for European areas, ATSC A/85 OP-59 for US networks), and closed-caption and subtitle files are reformatted to the receiving TV networks's preferred container. Automated Interra Baton and Venera Pulsar QC sits alongside manual operator review. Each package ships with a written compliance report logging video levels, audio loudness, safe-area conformance, and metadata completeness so receiving TV networks can sign off without escalation.
