SCENE 01 / BROADCAST DELIVERY
Broadcast Delivery
Professional broadcast delivery ensuring perfect compliance with television network standards worldwide.
Broadcast delivery readies finished content for television. It meets the tech standards of each TV network. That means matching the video codecs, audio channel layouts, loudness targets, closed captioning, and quality control specs, all of which shift from one network and region to the next.
We handle broadcast delivery by teaming up with mastering facilities that know the tech needs of your target networks. Our team manages format specs, quality control checks, and delivery logistics. Your content then clears the tech check and airs without a hitch.

Broadcast delivery for Chinese and global networks
Broadcast delivery in China rests on the published tech specs of the country's major terrestrial, satellite, and pay-TV operators. These include CCTV across its many channels such as the CCTV-6 film channel, the provincial networks Hunan TV, Dragon TV Shanghai SMG, Beijing TV, and Phoenix TV Hong Kong, plus the catch-up arms Mango TV, CCTV.com, and the operator-linked streaming sites. Each keeps its own ingest profile. That profile sets accepted codecs, MXF container structure, HD-SDI 1080p50/60i video frame rates per channel, audio channel mapping to NRTA broadcast standards, captioning workflow, and metadata schema.
Our delivery team holds the current spec sheets for each network and builds masters in step with the published needs. Files then clear the tech check on the first pass, rather than cycling through rejection notes that put licensing windows and air dates at risk.
Global networks often take Chinese content under licence, whether that is co-productions with Korean, Japanese, or Southeast Asian TV networks, BBC or Channel 4 in the UK, US cable buyers, or European public TV networks. For them we run dual-standard delivery that covers both the domestic Chinese master and the localised global version. PAL, NTSC, and HD frame-rate conversions use motion-compensated processing through Snell Alchemist or Cinnafilm Tachyon rather than simple frame doubling. Audio is remixed to the destination's loudness target, which means the NRTA spec for domestic, EBU R128 for European regions, and ATSC A/85 OP-59 for US networks. Closed-caption and subtitle files are reformatted to the receiving network's preferred container. Automated Interra Baton and Venera Pulsar QC runs alongside manual operator review. Each package ships with a written compliance report. It logs video levels, audio loudness, safe-area conformance, and metadata completeness, so receiving networks can sign off without a second pass.
