Setting up talent in China means working inside one of the most agency-driven entertainment markets in the world. Studios such as Huayi Brothers Talent, Hairun Pictures, Donghuang Entertainment, Wuhan Mango, and Shanghai Tianyu manage the main stars moving through Beijing, Shanghai, and Hong Kong. Our team holds working ties across these rosters. We also reach the regional pools that feed Hengdian World Studios, the world's largest outdoor backlot, and the TV talent tied to CCTV in Beijing and SMG in Shanghai.

On the ground the picture gets more specific. Wardrobe, makeup, and hair calls are timed against Chinese Labor Law hour caps and the required social-insurance inputs (社保) tracked through payroll. High-profile bookings get extra layers of privacy, routed through hotel back-of-house, along with discreet movement through fan-heavy districts in Wangfujing, the Bund, and Hong Kong's Causeway Bay, where Weibo crowd alerts can compress a schedule within minutes.
